These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rehearsals service, including our website, web app, mobile apps, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Rehearsals is an AI-powered interview-practice platform. It simulates interview sessions, lets you record and submit answers, and uses artificial intelligence to generate feedback, suggestions, and scores. The Service is intended for interview practice only. It is a preparation tool and is not a substitute for real interviews, professional coaching, or recruitment services.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you create your account, including a valid email, name, phone number, and job details, and to keep this information up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rehearsals.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Upload content that infringes others' rights or that you do not have the right to share.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Misuse the AI features, including attempts to extract underlying models or to use the Service to build a competing product.
- Share your account with others or resell access to the Service.
5. Your Content and the License You Grant Us
"Your Content" includes the résumés you upload and the interview recordings and answers you submit. You retain ownership of Your Content.
To provide the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transcribe, and analyze Your Content — including processing it with AI (Google Gemini) to generate feedback, suggestions, and scores for you. This license exists only to operate and improve the Service for you and ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention periods.
You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
6. AI Feedback Disclaimer
The feedback, suggestions, and scores generated by the Service are produced automatically by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and practice purposes only. They:
- Are not professional, legal, financial, or career advice.
- May contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
- Do not guarantee any particular interview performance, job offer, hiring decision, or other outcome.
You are responsible for how you use the feedback. Always apply your own judgment and, where appropriate, seek qualified professional advice.
7. Payments and Packages
- Paid packages are described on the Service, and prices are shown and charged in Saudi Riyal (SAR).
- Payments are processed by Moyasar, our payment processor. By purchasing, you also agree to any applicable terms of the payment processor.
- Refunds: unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact support@rehearsals.ai. We may decline refunds in cases of abuse or where a package has been substantially used.
- We may change package contents and prices going forward; changes do not affect packages you have already purchased.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Rehearsals or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you to use the Service, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the AI feedback will be accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehearsals and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities (including any job or interview outcome), arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Your Content subject to reasonable backup and legal retention periods.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date shown on this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
